An upcoming limited series The Playlist has been announced by Netflix. The series loosely relates to how the streaming platform Spotify has been created. This tv show will also feature Spotify employees including Petra Hansson, Andreas Ehn, and Christian Hillborg will play Spotify co-founder Martin Lorentzon. Streaming giant Netflix has released the trailer for the show. It also expressed that it’s fictionalized with untold stories of six episodes. The Playlist web series will be available online in Netflix on October 13.

The Playlist series will revolve around Spotify founder and CEO Daniel Ek, who will be played by “Vikings” star Edvin Endre, and how the company rose to prominence as one of the leading music streaming services. Legalising the music album to listen, they purchase from the artist that becomes a revolution in the industry.
