Roopesh Shetty is an Indian Actor and Director. As a YouTuber, he began his career by uploading songs from Tulu comedy albums. Later, he was employed in Mangalore as an RJ and VJ. In the movie Dibbana Tulu, he made his film debut in a supporting part. He played the major character in the 2015 film Ice Cream Tulu. The film, however, struggled at the box office. His luck has altered with the release of the Girgit Tulu movie, despite having appeared in numerous Kannada and Tulu films. Along with Rakesh Kadri, he not only acted in that film but also co-directed it. The actor is also a singer and performed the hit Tamil song “Kolaveri Di” in its remake. Roopesh is also the creator of the Tulu music Song “Moke.” Now, he joins Bigg Boss Kannada OTT.
