Rocketry: The Nambi Effect is an upcoming Indian biographical drama film based on the life of Nambi Narayanan, a former Indian Space Research Organization scientist and aerospace engineer who was falsely accused of espionage. R. Madhavan, who also plays the titular lead, wrote, produced, and directed the film. It will be released in theaters worldwide on July 1, 2022.

Story

The story follows Narayanan from his days as a graduate student at Princeton University to his work as a scientist and the false espionage charges leveled against him.

Rocketry: The Nambi Effect OTT release date

Yash Raj Films and Phars Film Co will distribute the film worldwide, with UFO Moviez acquiring distribution rights in North India. Udhayanidhi Stalin’s Red Giant Movies will distribute the film in Tamil Nadu, with AGS Cinemas serving as the official multiplex partner. Amazon Prime Video purchased the post-theatrical digital streaming rights.
