Mehar Bano is a Pakistani film and television actress best known for her roles in Daagh, Mor Mohal, Balaa, Mere Paas Tum Ho, and Churails. She was born on April 13, 1994 in Lahore, Pakistan. She is a well-trained swimmer who competes in state-level competitions. She graduated from National College of Arts to further her studies in acting and drama after completing her elementary and secondary schooling at LGS 1A1 and Lahore Grammer School. During her school days, she joined a theatre club and performed in different stage performances and theatre organisations. Sarmad Khoosat, a prominent director, discovered Mehar at one of her theatre performances and invited her to be a part of his drama serial. In 2012, she made her on-screen debut as Umama in ARY Television Network’s drama serial ‘Daagh.’ Her performance in the show was well acclaimed by the Pakistani audience, and she also garnered a nomination for Best Television Actress at the Lux Style Awards. In 2018, she made her film debut in Motorcycle Girl directed by Adnan Sarwar Jami.
