Maamanithan, a Tamil-language drama film starring actors Vijay Sethupathi and Gayathrie, has finally released in theaters on June 24, 2022. Unfortunately, after its first show, Maamanithan became a target for pirated websites. This film was written and directed by Seenu Ramasamy and produced by Yuvan Shankar Raja’s YSR Productions. Yuvan also co-wrote the soundtrack for the film with his father, Ilaiyaraaja. The film also stars veteran actress K.P.A.C. Lalitha, Guru Somasundaram, Shaji Chen, Jewel Mary, Anikha, Ganja Karuppu, Manasvi Kottachi, and Saravana Sakthi, in addition to the main cast. M. Sukumar is in charge of cinematography, and A. Sreekar Prasad is in charge of editing.
Radhakrishnan (Vijay Sethupathi), an auto-rickshaw driver, is married to Savitri (Gayathrie). The couple has two kids. He wants his children to get educated in a famous private school. So, Radhakrishnan joins Madhavan in a real-estate business to earn a considerable sum for his kids’ school fees. But, Madhavan absconds and puts Radhakrishnan in trouble. Will Radhakrishnan get rid of his problems and make his family happy? The rest of the film deals with this.
Even though it is a theatrical release, several notorious websites and Telegram groups have released download links for Maamanithan in 480p, 720p, and 1080p. We recommend our readers to watch the movie only in theaters.
Lets OTT revealed that the film will be released digitally through ZEE5, which purchased the digital rights, though no official confirmation has been made by the producers.
