Lost Ollie is an upcoming American live-action animated miniseries starring Mary J. Blige and Jonathan Groff as the leads. This series was created by Shannon Tindle and directed by Peter Ramsey. It is based on the 2016 children’s book Ollie’s Odyssey by William Joyce. Gina Rodriguez, Jake Johnson, and Tim Blake Nelson are among the cast members. The series will be released on Netflix on August 24.
The plot revolves around the lost toy as he searches the countryside for the boy who has lost much more than just a best friend.
The series was executively produced by Shannon Tindle, Peter Ramsey, Shawn Levy, Josh Barry, Emily Morris, Brandon Oldenburg, and Lampton Enochs under the banner of 21 Laps Entertainment and Industrial Light & Magic.
