Plot

Sima Taparia, a matchmaker, assists clients in the United States and India through the arranged marriage process while providing an inside look at the tradition in the contemporary period.

Sima will have to deal with more demands this season than ever before from both old and new customers as they send wishlists that include everything from man-buns to a “ovo-Lacto-semi-vegetarian” diet to a mutual love of Taco Bell. Sima has decades of expertise to draw from, and she is able to assist some fortunate singles in finding their destinies via the use of her astute intuition and conventional techniques.

Sima Aunty’s new clients are shown in the trailer, and they outline their requirements. While one person desires a girl of a specific height, another wants a boy with a tattoo and some sex appeal. However, Sima Aunty is convinced that one cannot expect to find the perfect life partner and advises that “you have to adjust a little.” She also states, “I don’t do a magical wish with a wand,” maybe making a reference to her success rate.

Additionally, we get to see Aparna Shewakramani and Pradhyuman Maloo, two characters from season one. In the first season, neither of them was successful in finding a compatible match for themselves.
