The movie Ey Pilla, which stars Maadhav Bhupathiraju and Rubal Shekhawat who is a model and Miss India first runner-up, is touted as a classic love story. The film is directed by newcomer Ludheer. The script was written by Ramesh Varma, who most recently directed Ravi Teja in movies like Veera and Khiladi. The movie is being financed by Nallamalupu Srinivas through Lakshmi Narasimha Productions. Mickey J Meyer has been hired to compose the soundtrack. The movie release date is not released yet.

On August 9, Lakshmi Narshimha Productions unveiled the first look of the film, which features the lead actors Maadhav and Rubal standing in the middle of a waterbody, while gazing intently into each other’s eyes. The title logo on the poster has a kite linked to it, possibly suggesting a connection to one in the movie.
