Day Shift is an English action film that is released on Netflix on 14th August 2022. The screenplay of the movie is written by Tyler Tice and Shay Hatten. J.J.Perry makes a directional debut in the movie. The film was announced on 20th October 2020 and due to covid pandemic and other related issues delayed the film’s release. After many struggles, the movie was released on Netflix on 14th August 2022.
Bud Jablonski(Jamie Foxx), is a hard-working dad who just wants to provide a better life for his quick-witted daughter(8 years old). His boring San Fernando Valley pool cleaning job is front for his real gig i.e Hunting and killing vampires as part of an international union of vampire hunters. An LA vampire hunter has a week to come up with the cash to pay for his kid’s tuition and braces. Trying to make a living these days just might kill him.
Day Shift Movie is a fun-filled horror comedy movie that is having good reviews from the audience. The movie maintained the meter ” The Golden Rule” for vampire movies. Even though many movies came with similar stories, Dayshift bettered them with the screen presence of Dave France and Jamie Foxx. The combo rocked with their humor. Watch the movie on Netflix.
