Chola Chola is the second single from the movie Ponniyin Selvan 1, which is directed by Mani Ratnam. Following the success of the first single, “Ponni Nathi”, the film’s makers announced that the second single will be released on August 19 at 6 p.m. A.R. Rahman composed the music, and Sathya Prakash D, VM Mahalingam, and Nakul Abhyankar sang the Tamil version of the song. Ilango Krishnan wrote the lyrics to the song. This song will be released in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi, and Kannada. This film is set to hit theaters on September 30.
