Bigg Boss OTT is a Hindi-language reality digital power take on the show Bigg Boss that airs exclusively on Viacom 18’s Voot streaming service platform. Karan Johar hosts the digital edition, and the show launched its debut season on August 8, 2021. Bigg Boss OTT season 2 will premiere in the middle of 2022.
The Bigg Boss Housemates are confined within the Bigg Boss House like the television show and are constantly monitored by cameras and microphones. The show airs nonstop 24 hours a day, seven days a week on Voot, just like the original iteration.
According to sources, the producers may approach Karan Kundrra and Tejasswi Prakash to host the show, though this has not been confirmed. The show’s pre-production works have already begun.
The team Bigg boss has begun having contact with actors in the entertainment sector. It’s been reported that the top celebrities have been approached by the producers. The commoners are also expected to participate in the show, though this has yet to be confirmed.
Last year, the show’s theme was “staying connected,” and competitors were partnered with one another. The pairs had to be ousted from the show during elimination. The show’s concept is yet undetermined for season 2.
