Krithi Shetty plays RJ in the iconic name of Whistle Mahalakshmi and pairs opposite Ram Pothineni (Satya), an MBBS doctor turned police officer. Aa Ammayi Gurinchi Meeku Cheppali is written and directed by Mohana Krishna Indraganti. Krithi Shetty as Dr. Alekhya & Akhila, plays the dual role.
