Ashwin Kumar Lakshmikanthan well known as Ashwin is a Tamil film and television actor. He was born on 7th May 1991 in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. He attended Carmel Garden School and graduated from Kumaraguru College of Technology with a degree in mechanical engineering, and his master’s degree from PSG Institute of Management. As an actor with a passion, he spent his college years going to TV and film auditions. Ashwin played the lead in numerous Tamil serials such as Rettai Vaal Kuruvi, Ninaikka Therintha Manamae, etc. Films starring include O Kadhal Kanmani, Adithya Varma, Oh Manapenne, and Enna Solla Pogirai. Along with films, he also made appearances in music videos and short films. He became more well-known after taking part in Cooku with Comali Season 2 on Vijay TV.
